I’ve been gradually adding more ingredients to my ginger tea the last couple of months, and by luck, struck my own suero recipe.
If you’re reading this, lucky you, lets make this together.
Here’s what you can use:
- Fresh ginger, cut with skin in thin slices. (wild ginger is the best)
- a pinch of celtic salt or whatever mineral rich salt you have. (As with all liquids that have been filtered, salt and minerals should always be readded. If not we just flush the body of minerals)
- A pinch of black pepper.
- Half a lemon, squeezed, or with pulp.
- Alternatively, a tiny amount of honeyginger syrup, or honey alone.
Poured in a pot or cup of hot water. To be consumed best during the morning and day. Greatly energizing and balancing. Safe to consume on an empty stomach. The ginger, even when having no more taste to release into the tea, can be consumed for further vitality (a snack).
The ginger and remaining materials in the tea can be reused for 3 days easily, simply refill the cup with hot water. Never store it in the fridge or in an airtight container.
Godspeed
